How to shop on the nO+ web site

Postage & Packing

Each producer will use their own tried and tested packaging and delivery methods to compliment the product.

Postage method details will be shown under each product

Any postal charge information will also be shown under each product.

Multiple items from the same producer will sometimes affect any postal costs shown (if postage not included) , so please contact us at the time to check.

Many existing customers save and minimise delivery and postage charges by 'grouping' -combining orders with friends and other family members (remember these products have universal appeal, they are not just for special diets!)

Delivery

Due to the diversity and unique qualities of the products we offer and for ultimate freshness and speed of delivery the individual producers will despatch their element of the order directly to your home (or address of your choice).

Orders will be processed and despatched within 3 working days of cleared payment (subject to availablity) whereveer possible.

If an item is not in stock or there is likely to be a delay (such as to prepare a special order etc.) you will be contacted within 3 working days with an estimated delivery date or to discuss options.  We know you will be impatient to receive your goodies but this is not mass production -the best things in life are sometimes worth the wait!

If you wish your order to be despatched by a method other than producers standard carriage and you have any special requests regarding delivery (e.g; you want it left with neighbour/ in shed etc) please advise us at the time of ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences but cannot take responsibilty for undeliverable orders or delivery problems resulting from deviation from the the standard procedure.

Please bear in mind that most postal & courier services will need a signature and that any perishable produce will need to be refridgerated or frozen as soon as it is received. Please ensure that you can do this as we cannot be held liable for undeliverable orders or deterioration from delayed refridgation/freezing.

If you are concerned regarding the whereabouts of an order please contact us immediately so that we can investigate it. 

Payments

Great News! As well as only having to make one order, you only need to make one payment too!

We can accept the following forms of payment:

Cheque/Postal Order/Bankers Draft

Direct bank payment (please contact us for bank details)

Credit/debit card  - via Paypal

Refunds Policy

Quality of produce and service are high priority to us, but we appreciate that in the real world things can sometimes go awry. We are human beings and will do our utmost to resolve any issues empathetically and quickly. With this in mind, queries and concerns will be dealt with on an individual basis but for this to work we need you to note the following.

Due to the nature of the products, any concerns must be communicated to us immediately by either phone/fax/email or within 1 day of receiving your order.

The individual producers will normally include their contact details in you order so if it is urgent & you are unable to make contact with us or want to request a speedy replacement please approach them directly.

Any refunds will be as per the original method of payment (e.g; Paypal payments will be refunded via Paypal etc)

Food hygene is the utmost priority to our producers and is the sole responsiblity of the individual suppliers. They are subject to all the normal inspections and in fact are monitored more reqularly than most  - at each Farmers Market and Food Show. In the very unlikely event that you should have any concerns, they should be addressed to the supplier directly. Any such concerns should also be conveyed to us to investigate and monitor.

How To Shop On The nO+ Web Site

Adding items to your shopping cart
As you browse the product range, you can place items in the shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add To Order' links. Item quantities can be adjusted in the checkout before you submit your payment.

Continue shopping
After placing items in the cart you will be shown the checkout summary page where you can choose the 'Continue Shopping' button to browse some more.

Review shopping cart
At any time, you can click the 'Review Shopping Cart' link, found at the top of every page, to see what you have ordered so far.

Recalculate
Once you have made your final selections, in the checkout summary, you can alter the quantities of any items by changing the number in the 'Quantity' box beside the chosen product(s). To cancel an item, set the quantity to zero. You must then click on 'Recalculate' and the page will reload with your changes.

Go to payments
When you are ready to place your order, click on the 'Go To Payments' button so we can collect your name and address and take your payment.

Product Information

All product information, including list of ingredents, is provided by the producer/supplier.  NoAdded acts as a marketing agent for producers and passes product information on the the customer in good faith. We do not analyse ro test the products.  That said,  the producers are carefully monitored and regulated by the relevant bodies.  If we should have any reason to question any area of production the product(s) will be withdrawn from sale and only re-offered if we are convinced that quality is assured.
