The majority of our products are prepared for you by the pick of small artisan producers and are not widely available. Many items are not even found outside of the West Country so will be refreshingly unfamilar to you.
Don’t be misled into thinking this means ‘limited choice’, ‘uninspiring’ or ‘behind the times’ though! Simplicity, freshness and purity may be the key, but as you will see there is no lack of 21st century innovation, sophistication and pizzazz!
